AirCounsel provides an AI-assisted intake and reporting tool designed to support UK immigration firms. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or regulated immigration services.

All assessments and reports are informational and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance.

You agree not to misuse the intake system, reverse engineer or disrupt the platform, submit unlawful/harmful/misleading information, or use the service for non-professional or deceptive purposes.

AirCounsel is not a law firm. Our system does not provide legal advice. All outputs must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor or regulated adviser.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, reports, and system outputs remain the property of AirCounsel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, do not guarantee accuracy/completeness/suitability of outputs, and cap total liability to the amount paid for the service (if any).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where Terms are breached, misuse is detected, or continued access poses a security or operational risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
